Daily Rates:  Based on single or double occupancy per room; includes a continental breakfast with your choice of hot chocolate, tea, coffee, or juice. All rates are subject to a 9% Vermont state tax.

Reservations:  Reservations are recommended, particularly during foliage season, Christmas, New Year's and peak skiing season.

Deposit:  A one night deposit is required for each room reserved. For assured confirmation, your deposit must be received within 10 days from the time of reservation. Reservations can also be confirmed with your credit card.

No Smoking:  Due to the age of the structure and the numerous requests from our guests, we have instituted a no smoking policy in the Henry House. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Children:  We regret that the Henry House cannot accommodate children under 12.

Pets:  We truly love pets, but regretfully
we cannot accept them.

Settlement:  Although we prefer cash or personal check; we will honor Visa / MasterCard.

Arrival & Departure:  Your accommodations will be ready by 2:00 p.m. and checkout is appreciated before 11:00 a.m.
